The Active Kids Soccer League Snotherly AwardThe Snotherly Award is the only individual award given to an Active Kids Soccer League player. It is given in honor of Alex and Susan Snotherly and their daughters, Sara and Elizabeth. Sara has been through a lot in the last year and a half. She plays on a team in the East Wake Soccer League, but wanted more. She then dropped a level of play to work on the fundamentals. Hard work in the off-season allowed her to become the #1 pick in the Capital Area Soccer League (CASL)challenge draft. Being the best player on a challenge team wasn't enough, once again her hard work and perseverance paid off...she made a classic team this fall. Congratulations Sara! The Snotherly award is in honor of Elizabeth's hard work and Sara's perseverance. These young ladies epitomize what the Active Kids Soccer League is all about. Hard work, dedication to better oneself and perseverance can overcome any obstacle. The award will be given to the player at the end of the fall and spring seasons who live up to the standards this award demands.

Through private training, Elizabeth has shown remarkable improvement. She works extra hard at every practice and listens to directions.
